No success without plan. We are strong believers that team operation plans are to be created by empowered teams, not by “managers”. This way the execution of a plan is better guaranteed and leads to success.
The operational plan itself covers at least eighty percent of the business or the “field of mission”. This plan hits on all relevant business functions: from finance to information technology, from sales to logistics, from sourcing to delivery, from people to processes and last but not least: from team performance to team quality.
Fundamental cornerstone in our believe is that all these areas are up for improvement, and can be improved applying the principles of “effectiveness”.
Then: Just do it. In almost all cases this is what helps most. That is typical to our approach but pitfall number one when it comes to operational performance. For us it is a matter of mentality, mindset. It is easy to learn. We have done it before.
