Five dimensions to be investigated
WHERE do we go?
This dimension focuses on the question: Have we defined our focus and have we been clear in communicating our focus? Are objectives aligned and understood, and have our people bought into them?
HOW do we get there?
Here we develop a better perspective on the means, the structure, the tools, the remedies, the infrastructure and the systems that we plan to use and how appropriate they are. Is our management system in order? Are systems aligned? Are we all clear and bought-in on the game-plan? Do we have the right, enough or to much resources?
