Where do WE come from?
The third aspect we investigate is the situation that we are in. It will bring to light the current strength and weaknesses of our situation, and will answer questions like: How well do we work together? What are the trust levels? Are we a team? Which relationship have we built? and, what value to we add to our partners, neighbors, colleagues?
In other words: what are de team dynamics, and where are they on the trail: forming-norming-storming-performing.
Where do I stand?
The relevance of personal performance and effectiveness stands out in this phase. Questions like: “Do we have the right person on the job” are key, but also: Am I ready for the job? What skills do I need? Competence, skills and knowledge, that is what this is all about.
